Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, joining our Discord server, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ball Street. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make a material change that adversely affects your rights, we will provide notice by email or through the Service at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new Terms apply to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 21 or anyone located outside the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is legal in the state or jurisdiction in which you reside. Sports wagering laws vary by state. Ball Street does not accept wagers and is not a sportsbook (see Section 5), but the picks and information we provide are intended for personal use only in jurisdictions where sports wagering is legal.

If we discover that you do not meet these eligibility requirements, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and, in our discretion, refund the unused portion of your most recent subscription payment.

3. Subscription Terms

The Wolfpack subscription tier is offered at $49.00 USD per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Ball Street and its payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to charge your payment method the applicable monthly fee, plus any taxes, on each renewal date. The renewal date is the same calendar day each month as the day you initially subscribed; if that day does not exist in a given month, the charge will occur on the last day of that month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from a link emailed to you after subscribing or via your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service through that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price change will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days in advance by email, and the new price will apply at your next renewal. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.

Failed payments will be retried by Stripe according to its standard dunning process. If we are unable to charge your payment method after a reasonable number of retries, your subscription and Discord access will be suspended until payment is restored.

4. Discord Access

Active subscribers receive a role in the Ball Street Discord server that grants access to pick channels and community discussion. To receive your role, you must link your Discord account to your Ball Street subscription using the process provided after checkout. Role provisioning is handled by an automated bot and typically occurs within a few minutes.

Your Discord access is contingent on an active subscription. When your subscription ends — whether by cancellation, payment failure, or termination — your Wolfpack role will be removed automatically. You may remain in the Discord server as a free member but will lose access to subscriber-only channels.

Use of the Discord server is additionally governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as the Ball Street server rules posted in the Discord. Violations of either may result in removal from the Discord server, with or without refund, at our sole discretion.

5. Content Disclaimer — Not Betting Advice

Ball Street is an information and entertainment service. The picks, analysis, statistics, and other content we provide are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or wagering advice. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept wagers, do not hold or transmit funds for the purpose of wagering, and are not affiliated with any sportsbook except as disclosed in our marketing materials.

Past performance, including any backtested or historical results we publish, does not guarantee future results. Sports wagering involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire bankroll. You alone are responsible for any wagering decisions you make and for any resulting gains or losses.

Nothing in the Service should be construed as a recommendation to wager any specific amount. The unit-sizing guidance we publish is illustrative; you should size your wagers based on your own financial situation, risk tolerance, and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including but not limited to picks, analysis, data outputs, written articles, videos, software, the Ball Street name and logos, and the underlying methodology — is owned by Ball Street Analytics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the methodology, models, code, or content.

You may not redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available to third parties any picks, analysis, or other content from the Service. You may not use the content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:

• Share, resell, syndicate, or publicly post picks or other subscriber-only content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, copy, or monitor the Service.
• Share your subscription, Discord login, or pick content with anyone outside your household.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source of the Ball Street methodology.
• Use the Service in violation of any law, including state wagering laws.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members of the Discord community or our staff.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your subscription and Discord access without refund.

8. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or behavior that we determine in good faith is harmful to the Service or its community.

On termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. Sections 5 (Disclaimer), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Prohibited Use), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BALL STREET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PICK OR ANALYSIS WILL BE PROFITABLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALL STREET, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR WAGERS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO BALL STREET IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
